Iwang88 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the iwang88 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.
These terms apply to all users of the iwang88 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the iwang88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and iwang88 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the moment you begin using the platform, whether via the website or mobile app.
The iwang88 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law and are eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the iwang88 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate and up to date. iwang88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. iwang88 will never ask for your password via email, message or phone call.
If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] for further action.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the iwang88 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or disruptive purpose. This includes attempting to hack the system, creating fake accounts, impersonating another person or manipulating the payment system.
Any breach of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where deemed necessary.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All transactions on the iwang88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, DuitNow QR and direct bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. iwang88 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account held in the name of the registered user. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. iwang88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Any attempt to commit fraud in transactions — including using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation — will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Iwang88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy, subject to any necessary checks.
Platform Liability Limits
Iwang88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, technical service disruptions beyond our control, or the actions of third parties.
All game content and betting outcomes are based on a fair and randomised system. iwang88 makes no guarantees regarding game results or the amount of winnings any user can expect.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the iwang88 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images and software — is the exclusive property of iwang88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute or use any such content without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. iwang88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Iwang88 reserves the right to amend, add to or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any updated terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the iwang88 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
